Desperately Seeking Menus
One more thing on this Sabbath Day. I am looking for fun menu ideas. I have four kids, one will eat most anything, one I can force to eat most anything, one not a chance and one undecided. I need some creative ideas on planning meals. If you have some creative ideas PLEASE send them my way.
Sunday Night Blog
I am going to attempt to get my blog going once again. Too much to comment on so I will just pick the "now" to talk about. My mom and I are chilling out after a very long Sunday (Sunday's usually are long). I think they are long because they start out crazy. It doesn't matter that I get up two hours before church begins with bags all packed, clothes laid out and breakfast all planned, the last ten minutes before we need to leave everything always falls apart. Maybe that is part of why some people decide it is easier not to come to church. Anyway, school started this week and it is good. I will give you all of the highlights. Nicolas began sixth grade and is so excited to be back in school - he is the BIG sixth grader now. Emma began fourth grade and loves her teacher and the boys. William began first grade and I was informed by his teacher that he is very well behaved - don't know what happened from last year to this year but my prayers were answered. He is finally learning respect. Now if I can just teach him to keep his underwear on after he goes to the little boys room things will be good. Mia is my little shadow wondering where the party went to. She no longer has her comrades here to keep her busy so she has began to boss myself, grandma and grandpa around. Just the other day grandma was sitting in the chair putting her shoes on and Mia asked grandma what her problem was. It is a good thing grandma has a great sense of humor. You need one where Mia is concerned.
The Peterson's are all hanging in there. We are anxious to get back to our home but grateful to grandma and grandpa for letting us be a part of their household right now. We are just tucked away here in the little basement all still wondering where William got his cute button nose from.

Bloggerville
Sunday, in a Family History Organization meeting, we were asked how many of us had a blogg. Out of 17 people I was the only one who had one (in actuality I had only opened the account two months ago but never posted). We were told it is a great family history tool so I guess the Peterson Family has now jumped into the ring. So, welcome to our first post.
